Policy:

Booking Your Sail

A 50% deposit is required to book your sail, with the balance due 24 hours prior to departure, along with a small and simple contract signed by both us and the client.

Cancellations

2 weeks in advance for full refund
1 week for half refund
Less than 7 days-no refund

Weather

Our weather policy is quite simple, we want every trip to be as successful as possible, therefore the crew and the guest will work together to determine options in the event of inclement weather. This doesn’t mean second guessing the weather days in advance, but as the time approaches and it is obvious that plans need to be changed, we will attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, there will be a full refund.
